Kokoro Journal Club is a monthly snail mail club for people who love journaling, reading, stickers and cozy creative rituals. Each month you’ll receive a small envelope filled with illustrated stationery, postcards and little surprises designed to inspire slow moments with your journal. All letters are carefully packed and sent from Japan ✉️

You sign up before the 25th of each month to receive the following month’s mail. All envelopes are prepared and shipped during the first week of the month. Example: Sign up on July 10 → First envelope arrives in August Sign up on July 26 → First envelope arrives in September This allows enough time to prepare each month’s theme.

New sign-ups open on the 10th of each month. There are limited spots available each month since everything is prepared in small batches. If spots sell out, you can join the waitlist to be notified when the next sign-ups open.

Kokoro Bloom Mail Club is prepared in small batches each month, so there are limited spots available. Once the monthly spots are filled, sign-ups will close until the next opening. If the club is full, you can join the waitlist to be notified when new spots become available.

All envelopes ship during the first week of each month. Delivery time depends on your country since the mail is sent internationally from Japan. Typical delivery times: • Asia: 1–2 weeks • North America: 2–3 weeks • Europe: 2–4 weeks • Other regions: 2–5 weeks
